📞 Phone Interview
Before clicking “Call me now”, please make sure:
Voicemail is turned off
Your phone number is correct, including the country code
You don’t have any call blockers enabled
You have stable cell reception
You can update your phone number by selecting “Click here to update” under the "Call me now" button.
🧩 During the Interview
If the call drops, go back to the interview link, refresh the page, and click “Call me now” again to continue.
If the link shows “Interview completed” but you didn’t finish, please contact support.
If you didn’t finish your answer before the AI moved on, you can say “I wasn’t finished” and complete your response.
If you didn’t understand a question, you can ask the AI to repeat it.

🎥 Video Interview
Before clicking “Start Interview”, please ensure:
Your microphone and camera permissions are granted (both in browser and system settings)
No blockers (browser extensions, firewalls) are interfering
You have a stable internet connection
If there’s background noise, try using headphones
For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome, as that’s where we build and test our platform.
🧩 During the Interview
If the AI is unresponsive or gets stuck in a loop, try refreshing the page.
If the link shows “Interview completed” but you didn’t finish, please contact support.
If you didn’t finish your answer before the AI moved on, you can say “I wasn’t finished” and complete your response.
